The Rainy Daze photo app comes loaded with three powerful styles, Romantic Rain, Rain Shower, and Vintage Rain. Each unique style applies an advanced tonal technique to your photos to give the feel of a rainy day. Rain Shower slightly darkens the scene for an appearance of an overcast day, Romantic Rain brings a soft romantic glow and Vintage gives a toned, aged appearance. You can dynamically adjust the rain from a light drizzle to a heavy shower, change the angle of the rain, and change the length of the rain from short drops to long streaks

The JixiPix Rainy Daze photo app puts the power, emotion and uses of rain at your fingertips. With it, you have the power to envelop your photos in a soft mist's romantic glow, wash your landscapes clean of imperfection and bring drops of meaning, large and small, fast or smooth, to your personal expression.

Getting Started:

Theres 2 ways to start either Take a picture or get an image from your Camera Roll

Buttons

On the iPad the buttons are located above the image

Customize

There are three tabs which you can use to customize your picture

Adjust Tab

Tone

Change the color tone by moving the slider right to increase tone amount or moving left to add the original color back into the image. Use the color box to choose a custom color.

Saturation

Move this slider right to add more of the original color back into the scene.

Darken Scene

Adds a dark rainy day feel to your picture

Contrast

Deepens the dark areas in the scene.

Romantic Strength*

Adds a soft romantic feel to your picture

*Only appears when a Romantic Rain Style Preset is selected

Vignette Strength

Shades off the edges with the selected color. Use the color box to choose a custom color.

Vintage Templates*

Choose from our vintage effect presets which adds a old-fashioned look to the picture

*Only Available when a Vintage Rain Style Preset is selected

Rain Tab

Rain Color Strength*

Change the opacity of the selected color. Use the color box to choose a custom color.

*Not available when a Vintage Rain Style Preset is selected.

Strength

Adjusts the opacity of the rain.

Rain Thickness

Adjust the density of the rain fall

Rain Length

Modify how long the rain drops appear

Rain Direction

Change which direction the rain falls

Rain Fade

Move this slider right to bring the rain closer to the ground.

Cloud Tab

Cloud Strength

Adjusts the opacity of the clouds.

Cloud Thumbnails

Click on these to change the clouds styles.

Saving

There are multiple ways to save and share your image

Save Photo

Saves your image to your Camera Roll

Save Preset

Adds your custom made preset to the Styles Tab

Print

Opens up a print option where if you have a printer connected to your device you can print it right then

Email

Opens up your email so you can share your photo with friends and family

Facebook

This will save your image and open up a Facebook login screen once logged in your photo will be automatically uploaded to facebook

Use the Styles Button to view our different presets

Rainy Daze comes with three different preset folders

Rain Showers

The default preset, the best preset to start with when creating your own rainy day effect

Vintage Rain

Adds a new Vintage Slider in the Adjust Tab giving you the option to choose from our vintage effect presets which adds a old-fashioned look to the picture

Romantic Rain

Adds a Romantic Slider to the Adjust Tab which adds a romantic feel to your picture

Saving and Deleting Presets

Once you have applied a preset and modified it using the adjust tab, you can save your own custom preset by using the "Save Preset" located on the top of the page. To delete a preset, press down on the thumbnail and hold until a red "X" appears, then tap to delete it.
